New strategic alliance between the Lennar Foundation and the Building Talent Foundation aims to empower the less fortunate through professional training and career coaching

The organizations will work together to enable at-risk unemployed youth and adults facing barriers to employment to acquire highly sought-after job skills and find career opportunities in the construction industry.

The main goal of the Lennar Foundation is to change lives by providing means for a diverse group of underserved people to enter or re-integrate into mainstream society. The Foundation helps high school dropouts, high school graduates, returning veterans, homeless people, foster children, children in the juvenile justice system, and adults returning from prison for crimes not violence by funding various construction skills certification programs.
